Answer the questions below and find out your rating.
You will be answering a series of question design to rate you in each of the following categories: fitness; skills; combat; and psychology. Choose the most appropriate answer that suits your skills and abilities.
Question 1. Fitness
- You have two more more pieces of exercise equipment at home you have brought to get fit but don't use but have still kept. SCORE = - 5
- Couch potato. SCORE = - 4
- Unfit (for example you can do less than ten sit ups, less than five push ups, or need to rest after going up a flight of stairs). SCORE = - 3
- Average (for example you can do less than 20 sit ups, less than 10 push ups, or you puff going up stairs). SCORE = - 2
- regular long distance shopper / weekend casual bike rider. SCORE = - 1

Question 2.1 Skills: Outdoor

- Have done an overnight walk and camped in the bush. SCORE = 1

Question 2.2 Skills: Navigation

Question 3.1 Combat: Unarmed

Question 3.2 Combat: Armed
