Your complete lack of useful skills, experience in nature, ability to cook, and your self centred personality combined with the fact your are probably one of the people responsible for the collapse in the first place, means you are likely to die within in minutes if you go onto the streets so your best bet is to get some food and water and hide in a cupboard
Even your so called friends and family are likely to not lend you a hand or if they do they are just bringing you along as an extra source of food.
