Well let's face it your are a sicko but you are about to come into your time, like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon on a spring day. This time for you will be short so do what you must do and revel in this moment.
But remember this time is not without morale choice. You above all others will be able to help or hinder, slaughter or save, and when it is over you will have to live with your decisions.
Alternatively just use the time to go sight seeing and help yourself to nice things before heading off to your refuge; or keep working through that list of yours; or even go and save that kid from primary / grade school, the one that was nice to you?
